The adventure continues with a tour of a picturesque, family-owned vineyard, where the proprietor will share insights on terroir, indigenous grape varieties, and traditional versus modern wine-making techniques. The tour culminates in an intimate tasting led by the passionate and knowledgeable wine maker, who will guide you through five distinct local wines paired with the famous “graviera” cheese and other local delights.
