Full Moon – Wine & Dine at the Vineyard

Upon arrival, the welcoming winemaker family will guide you on a vineyard tour, led by the owner who is a certified oenologist. You will learn about the various wine production methods used in Greece and the Aegean Sea, as you walk amongst the vines with a glass of refreshing sparkling wine in hand. The owner will share their expertise on the unique terroir and indigenous varieties that thrive in Dionysus Island.

After an informative vineyard tour, you will sit down for a delightful food and wine pairing session. Each serving will be accompanied by a plethora of facts and stories about the products being tasted. The dinner will include an array of Naxian signature dishes, such as salads and starters, a plateau of local cheeses, two meat main dishes, and one vegetarian main dish. The wine tasting will feature a selection of 9 natural wines that are organic and biodynamic, with indigenous yeast, unfiltered, and SO2 free. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sample one local spirit.
